Changes in the SERPS?

I have been battling through page 4 or 5 of Google for 2 years, but now....

But now, today, I am seeing ALL of my targetted keywords rank towards the top of Page 1 on every search term I am interested in, possibly many more.

Is any one else seeing changes like this?
