My "Weak" pages outranking my "Strong" pages

My own internal pages are beating out my stronger pages

We have a few pages about each product we focus on. There is a main, content-rich page for each product and these pages get nearly ALL of the links pointing to them since they have the most content and are the most useful to the user (plus we focus our internal links on these pages).

Then, we have some secondary pages that have some specifics about the product, but have very little content, and do not get many links - other than from the main product page.

These secondary pages are outranking our primary pages. Has anyone else noticed something like this?
