Remove dead pages from cache

Client has contacted me asking to remove all trace of their site – for legal reasons.

Account went dead awhile ago. Hosting was not renewed. When users go to the url they see a "400: Bad Request" error.

However, the sites original content is still visible in the google cache.

Looking at the instructions here [google.com...] i can get the file removed

But he url google give is dead [services.google.com...]
Anyone experience of this?
