Did Google just grow?

A one day thousand page increase of my site

I've just realised that today (well in the last few hour actually) the

site:www.[My website url here].com
now brings up exactly 1000 more results than it did
a few hours ago. (It's now almost exactly at the real size of my site)

Anyone else noticing some change in how much of your site is indexed by google?
