I am facing a slight dilemma here.
I am located in Australia, but for some reason, when I go to Google.com, I am redirected to Google.co.in.
I am supposed to go to Google.com.au
Do you guys know how to solve this problem?
Is this being written in the registry or something?
Thank you. Really much appreciated.

It looks to me like Google's IP address to geo-location identification database thinks that your (ISP's) IP address/es are allocated to an Indian ISP.
I remember reading somewhere (probably at WebmasterWorld only) that Google uses a 3rd party solution for this. Whether they use inhouse or outsourced technology, it should be in their interest to rectify this problem. I suggest you e-mail google with your problem and your IP address - may be they will update their database and fix your problem in the process.
