Is "information" or "resource" helpful?

I know that "link" is good to avoid, but wondering about the positives...

I'm aware that it is good to avoid the word "links" on a page or page title, but what about "information" or "resource" - does anyone have any ideas on those?

For example, if my page topic happens to be discussing "saddle repair" - and I want to show up for "saddle repair" - should I title the page "saddle repair" or something more along the lines of:
saddle repair information
saddle repair resources

I know the page title is a small portion of the "big picture", but I was just wondering...
