New Sites

My site is roughly 3 months old, for the past 2 months i have been working on it getting at least a few hundred links. The keyword that i would like to rank for i have used as my linking title.

I rank top 30 on yahoo for that keyword but i do not rank anywhere on google not even the last page. Although my site is a rank 5 it doesn't get any hits from google. To me it feels like google hasn't given my pages any weight and that it hasn't updated my site with the new and increased links.

If i do allintitle:keyword i find my site in position 6 for the keyword that i like.

If anyone could give me some pointers on what to do.
