I built a site that has a search box where users can type in the product they're looking for.

whatever they type, if it's not found, it will still create a link that gets spidered (by G). Well this link will show up on G. I've changed the code so that if the product doesn't exist, and someone clicks on those links on Google, instead of being directed to the original page (it was an ebay items page based on the keyword), the user gets sent to the index.cfm page instead. Is this an issue for G thinking its duplicate content or what not?
