Backlinks got a hit on 25th.

Google changes on 25th, and best way to find backlinks

Its been confusing with google 2 updates this month.
On the first one we got hit on one of our main keyword. And after 5 days came back to normal. At that time google was not showing our backlinks form our own site.
Now on 25th our backlinks have again gone down( no change in PR) Ranking went down and visiors went down also. Didnt effected much in term of ranking but still went from no 1 to 2 or 4,5 on some keywords.

Well I checked and found few intersting things
1) For one keywords where we went from 1 to 5 backlinks have gone down a lot. Even though they are still higher than the present no.1 ranking page.
2) For other keywords where we went from 1 to 2 the backlinks are still higher than 1st one.

I am guessing it has to do with on page factor (keyword density) and interlinking within the site. Has anyone else found anythign intersting apart from this.

Also i know this quesiton has been asked before but i want to know if anyone of you can tell me the syntax for the following:

Finding backlinks
With all the back links ( in google and yahoo)
With all back links without my own domaain links in it. ( in google and yahoo)

And other method of finding back links.
I will appreciate the reply.
