Is there a reason why google not cache my page?

About a month ago, it indexed and also cached my page. But now seem like it drops all the cached page and list only the link to the page it indexed.

This is my meta tag:
<meta name="robots" content="index/FOLLOW">

Thank.

Why the "/" between Index and Follow?
I don't know whether that's legal or not, but a quick search of Google will show you that the rest of the world is using a comma ","

Pages are often in the index without a cache when they are
a) first visited
b) with few inbound links

Inner pages of a site can stay in this state for some time. If it's a single page that you want indexed, try a "What's New" link from a high ranking page like your home page...
