The discussion was mainly focused on the goog float, is the time right, the price etc etc.
Anyhow a city analyst mentioned overture yahoo and msn and seemed to imply these guys are catching goog fast in terms of search engine quality. He thinks goog may have gone perhaps 2/3 years to late, both in terms of sustainable growth and quality of results..he reckoned a great number of websites have "gone missing" lately.
But the interviewer failed to ask him if he had been guest book spamming or was his keyword density too high, etc blah ;-) Mr Paxman would have asked him, but it is his night off!
