Case and Google Filter

If I have different content on the following URL's how will Google's filter treat it:

[example.com...]

contains content A

[example.com...]

contains content B

So the only difference is the case; "Page" vs "page" but each has different content. Is this ok or should I try to rewrite one to the other? My thinking is if it treats the two cases as the same as I have read in this forum then it will sometimes think the content of the page has changed and that is ok. Please let me know what you think.
