Is there a tool for checking outbound links to make sure I am not linking out to a bad neighborhood?

I never have seen one that checks to see if you are linking to a bad neighborhood, but even if their is one on the web you should do it your self for best results.

The problem is that only Google knows for sure what a bad neighborhood is, and they are unlikely to publish a list.
(unless maybe we can get DaveN to suggest it)

There are link mapping sites that can give you an overview of your linking pattern and your link partners linking pattern to ascertain whether you maybe in a link farm.
