Site Showing Backlinks but No PageRank

I have a site that got a penalty and has PR0 as a result of cross linking, but is showing 132 backlinks although it does not appear in the index. How long is this going to go on? Anyone else recovered slowly this way. Horrible being in limbo. I just need to know what is going on.

If indeed it is a penalty you may find you have no backlinks next backlink update.
I had a manual ban the same day google TB gave the site a pr8.:)It kept its pr and links till the next update tho it was completely banned.
I swear it was clean.;)

The site was banned and lost links and was PR 0 for 3 months with no backlinks showing.

Over the last 2 months my site has come back and is still PR 0 but the backlinks are are showing but 90% of the pages are not in google.

So I am 5 months down the road and do not know if it is goint to be reincluded fully or not.

Is the crosslinking removed? Was there anything else that was grey or black hat that you have cleaned up?

Sorry to say it doesn't mean anything.I have sites like that as well that were banned.pr0 but backlinks are shown.Never had google traffic for over 6 months.
