Also my site (it hosts several my software titles) that had PageRank about 40 now has 0. Some softwares preserved their PageRank though.
I even cannot find now my new software name in Google. At the same time I can see in the Google results the name of my program in download sites that list it. I also could find my new program previously.
There was no intentional spam and I can only guess the reasons.
Could you tell me what from the 4 reasons below is most probable (if any).
1.Many links are JavaScript generated and Google does not see them (though there are few real links and navigation without JavaScript is possible)
2. Main site home page is all about <keyword> Management but <keyword> Management not mentioned explicitly in some product pages (though they are about it after all).
3.I participate in pay per click (AddWords) and it is some dirty trick form competitors.
4.I made a special entry page for Pay Per Click ads company "Gift Idea" with the list of links like "My Software as Gift Idea for her", "… for him", "… for students"… All these links point to the pages with real explanation (no separate cloaking for Google).
I would greatly appreciate your help since I really do not know what is the reason.

Pagerank or ranking position?
Pagerank is the 'pr' of a page, not its position in the search results. This is calculated by the quality/quantity of pages/sites that link to you. If you can get a high pagerank (download the google toolbar to be able to see a page's pagerank) it will (usually) help you rank higher in the search results.
So, if you do a search in google for site:www.yourdomain.com are there any pages listed?
Do a search for link:www.yourdomain.com are there any pages listed?
If no to either then try and get some other sites to link to you.
Your theories:
1. Your previous pages should still show.
2. No reason to drop out of google
3.Unlikely, if at all possible.
4.Hmmm.. I would link this page from other pages on your site. Probably not a problem but it could be seen as a pure 'doorway' page.
Sticky me your url and I will have a look.
I double checked searching in my domain (site:MyDomain...) and to my astomishment it now works though did not work yesturday. May be Goggle fixed something because I sent them a letter (I am still waiting the answer an PageRank is still 0).
Just one more question for all:
Could Google consider as duplicate site if I use both MyDomain.com and www.MyDomain.com?
Of course really it is the same site with the same IP.
I will follow your advice.
Though I have only one site, just used different form of links to it.
But probably it is indeed better to use one form because Google seems not especially likes to do extra job to find out whether it is just one site. After all their crawler probably is overloaded.
