I,m running a fair few sites now and they are mostly hosted on one reseller account with one IP address. I do have another 4 accounts on 3 seperate class C networks.

Some of my sites cross link a fair bit (I'm not really sure what the definition of cross linking is).
E.g. I have red widgets which naturally links to blue widgets from a fair few pages.

My current theory is try to keep cross linking to a minimum between sites on the same class C network.
I'm also trying not to link my own sites reciprocally. I.e. if site A links to site B site B links to site C which the links to site A.

Does any of this make sense and is it worth the hassle or am I not convincing anyone!

My life would be easier if I could just chuck everything on one dedicated server.

surfgatinho, my situation is very much like yours in this respect.

Having several websites on the same IP address is not dangerous in itself. You are not trying to hide that those websites have the same owner, are you?

Your linking policy looks healthy. My own golden rule is: Make it natural. I never link from one page to another just for the purpose of giving that page a link.
