Penalties and & Clients

After having great success optimising my own sites I decided to start my own SEO business.

I only have a handful of clients but it's very new and I enjoy the extra work and also the extra cash ; )

I have a big problem with clients sites playing in the sandbox.

Every week they call and ask for explanations.

Simply, I am running out of time.

Has anyone any ideas?
