I have a couple of questions.
My site has a few broken links I am hunting down. I have only just become aware of these most of the links are internal. Is it likely that this could me the reason my site was dropped by Google recently?
Also some of my images dont have ALT tags, these are mainly "design component" images all of the imprtant pictures have ALT tags. Would this affect my position in the Google results?
Does anyone know any good software that can scan my site and automatically add ALT tags to all these design component images?
Is it advisable to always use exactly the same ALT tag for the same image accross pages? I had thought of using slight variation on each page because I recently noticed Google is indexing the text in some of my ALT tags
