One of my site is having PR2 for home page while inner pages are having a PR4 for almost every page from 2 months. Totally inexed and gud backlink also. When sud i expect the updation for home page

assuming you have your pr4 pages linked back to your home page and that the home page is qualified for a higher pr,it may take 1-3 updates to show in the google tool bar.
