Link partner now PR0 (white bar), but still has backlinks showing

Checking out some of my link partners, I noticed that a couple have now gone to PR0 throughout the entire site. The link: command still shows backlinks to these sites. Should I should delete my outbound links to these sites to avoid getting penalized myself?
