I started a site back in January. My root page has had a PR between 5 or 6 since then. The major problem I am seeing is that none of the PR seems to be being passed along to any of the pages it links to (PR 0 for every other page). There are about 30 links on the root page so it's not loaded with links.
The organization of the links throughout the site is very structured and I am very confused. Does anyone have any theories on what could be happening, or has this been seen before?
