Outbound links without loosing PR?

How can I create outbound links without loosing my PR?

I have a list of manufacturers I want to add to my sight but do not want to dilute my PR.

Can I wrap them in javascript or something?

If they are related to your site, you may not want to block them. Javascript still works AFAIK.
