Dynamic or static?

Should I build dynamic or static section pages?

I want to build a number of subcategory pages and I wonder if Google "minds" whether these are static or dynamic?

Actually the pages themselves are largely dynamic anyway, but does it make any difference if I do dynamic Title and Description tags as opposed to static?

I have been using dynamic title and description tags for quite a long time, and it proved to be very useful...for me at least.

If you have many product/service pages, then it will make your life much easier, and G will love them too...hopefully.
