Backlinks to separate pages.

If a site links to my url including page.

I run a small website, and I have just noticed some people are getting to my site via links on others. The links on others are for example:

www.mysmallwebsite.com/index.php?=c2222&aaa=222

etcetera.

My question is, will my pagerank go up with these kind of links? or will google only read it as linking to that certain section of my website?
