Hi,
I have a web directory which lists categories in alphabetical order.
All these algo stuff has been good to me.
I receive a good deal of traffic from google and other SEs. I am honored. However there are queries for which I do not want to be number one.
For example my conscious bothers me when I appear as number one for the query:

Country_name Multiple Sclerosis

My site has a limited number of links to MS resources and there are much more qualified sites than mine that should appear as number one.

The SERP positioning is coincidental and is because the country name is close to Multiple Sclerosis in alphabetical sortng.
What should I do?
Adding selective noindex tags is difficult as I have more than 800 categories.
