Is true that if you send a new web (url) to google, this have almost latency 90 days? Someone have any information about this?

it's false; new domains can have human visits 3 days after they're online (spiders a day or some hours after). In my experience 3/4 days are enough if you're linked from a pr>=6 site.

New sites are not coming into the index very quickly.
There is speculation that there is a delay of some kind.
Don't expect to bring up a new site and have the pages indexed, ranked and surfed in only a few days....

There are loads and loads of people reporting delays of several months to rank for new pages/sites.

I don't usually watch that closely, but I recently added new pages to a rather low-PR site -- they were picked up and indexed within a couple of weeks.
#1 for the site title even, which is, of course, more of an achievement when there are more than three other hits for that phrase.

I launched a new site at the beginning of April. After I placed a link on a PR 6 page that gets "freshed" daily, it got spidered within 3 or 4 days and it was in the index within a week.
Not ranking terribly high, but it is in the index.

Keep in mind it wasn't all that long ago that new pages/sites used to take 30-45 days (until a new google-dance) before they would show up at all.
Perhaps we're going back to that type of system?

3-4 days on average here for new pages to be indexed. My new site took 5 days.

Just launched a new site, with a brand new domain name, and within 3 days it was indexed and ranking well for some of its terms. No sandbox here.

dazzlindonna,
Come back in a week and two and see if your first page rankings are not in the 40s and 50s.
I would be curious to see.
Let me clarify that this has been occurring on new domain names and not new pages with old domain names.

Posted new domain 2 month ago. Linked to this site from one site PR 6 and a many PR 5. Get indexed very fast. After one month I got PR5 but no SERPS. Since today I am listed in SERPS, 2th or 3rd page even I have the highes PR. I thing it will take another one or two months till I get to the top.
