I don't understand Page Rank fully, therefore I have some pretty serious questions. I have a PR of 6 and not even the urls from the main page (which aren't many) have any ranking. It's only a site with about two levels of depth and I can't get any other page to have even a PR of 1. Any good reason this may be?

Sounds like a problem with crawling the site. How old is the site, and what kind of navigation do you have?

The site is a few months old. The site links work like A -> B -> C. Where C is the lowest depth level. A (the main page) points to about 20 B links. Each B page has more links, but even the B pages don't have any page rank. There is a site map that is broken up into several pages in order to not have too many links on the sitemap page. All pages link back to A.

Are your URLs static format:

[example.com...]

or some more complicated dynamic URL format (something with IDs and question marks in)?

All links are static.

When did your site go live? People with new sites have been experiencing trouble getting them to appear, yet people with older sites can get things to appear almost instantly. There are several threads going on about this. One that touches on it is:

[webmasterworld.com...]

Could it be that Google hasn't included your site in their index yet?

I have been up since January and have had my entire site indexed before, maybe it might take a little while longer, I am not sure.

Are the links text links, not JS? or an image map or drop-down menu, maybe?

There are no javascript links. Google should be able to find all of the links just fine. It has indexed all of them before.

I suppose I might just have to wait for them to update PRs again or something. I don't understand at all.

The pages do not show PR, but are they in the index?

Do a quick:

site:www.*yoursite*.com -termthaisnotinyoursite

To find out if you got the pages in the index.

BTW, there is lag between the actual PR and the PR that google uses to rank your site in the SERPS.

Yeah pages are indexed although as of late my pages have been affected by the no title, no snippet problem.
