Google behaves my site as 2 different sites

Hi there,

I would like to thank everyone here with their great posts. I've found out that google behaves my site as 2 different sites. First of all my [domain...] site is PR 5 while my www.domain site is PR 4. This effects my search ranking a lot. I used to get good click for some keywords but i dont get them anymore. I used to be PR 3 and get decent traffic now i am PR 5 for google 4, (still not sure) and now i am getting very low traffic from google. Why google does that, it is really annoying and i dont know how to fix it. I also changed all my inbound links to www but still same. nothing chages.

I would really really appreciate if someone can help me about this issue.
