How come this happens? my site's pr5, with a few other subpages with pr4-5, and yet if i do a link:www.mysite.com i don't see any of my internal links?

Ignore the link: command in Google. Its not reliable and only ever shows a selected "sample" of links. That does not mean that Google are not counteing them if they are not in the sample.
