Netobjects any good for Google?

I'm new and green and maybe slightly out of my depth. I have a site I designed in adobe pagemill. I uploaded it and it was found ok by Google. I decided to redsign the site with Netobjects Fusion MX. I'm pretty happy with the site. I uploaded it 6 weeks ago but doesn't appear when I search. The site is www.addingtondrivingschool.co.uk and a search of "addington driving school" won't show up much else that's relevant. Is it that Netobjects is not a good programme for Google to crawl? I notice in the html that the text is quite a long way down the page after various navigation buttons. There is no robots file. I only have one backlink, but this was true before I redesigned the site. Any thoughts? I would like to avoid having to redesign with another design propg but will do so if necessary to get my page recognised. PS My old pages are still shown up in a cache or something at Google
