how can i get google to show all my pages not just my index?

Type this into G:

related:www.yourdomain.com

That should only work if you have PR4 or above though :) And it also depends if Google has actually listed your pages.

Alternativly you could type in www.yourdomain.com/page1.htm into the search bar to see if any results appear.
