Google has PR 10!
Google Directory also has PR 10, but now, without link on home page, PR of Directory may drop.
If PR of Directory drop, PR of sites in Directory will drop also!
If PR for sites in Directory drop, they will drop in Google search results!

True or not?

The Google Directory's PR may drop a little, but not by a great deal as almost every category on dmoz.org links to the Google Directory.

As for the rankings of people listed in dmoz.org, their PR would drop relative to their competition if they received most of their PR from the Google Directory but their competition did not. I don't think that you would notice the subsequent change in rankings though, as there are plenty of other factors used by Google.
