Will noindex tag stop flow of PageRank?

If a site is set up as page A > page B > page C, and you put a robots meta noindex, follow tag on page B, does this mean that page C will then lose any page rank it had (if there are no other links to page C)?

Google should still continue to index it, if page B has the follow tag, I believe.

I was reading about "partially indexed" pages with noindex tags, which would point to Google registering these urls without indexing the content, and might mean that Google would then pass on the site PageRank?

Does anyone have any experience with this situation, and noticed what happens?

If you have good content, Google will honor page C.

Any particular reason you dont want pr to "leak"?

Just link anyway IMHO.

It isn't to avoid leak, but about not wanting people to be delivered to Page B. For a long, convoluted reason, the Page B pages are basically list pages leading to the content in the Page C pages.

I am just afraid the noindex tag will lead to a loss of PageRank for Page Cs.

Don't be afraid. If it's good content, it won't matter.
