Google crawled some of Dynamic? site for the first time ever.

Ive been keeping an eye out for this forever and a week, and today I stumbled across one of my products with a Dynamic Url and google indexed it.

This is the first tim I ver seen this with my site, its a coldfussion site with .cfm extensions .cfm?
