Google Directory Category Tags

Showing for the first time

I have a site that was picked up in DMOZ back in September and then by the Google Directory with the last update a few months ago. I noticed for the first time yesterday that the Google/DMOZ category tag is now appearing under my site's entry in the SERPs.

Anyone else noticing this? What does this mean in terms of a larger update, if anything?

This started over a month or so ago. Some sites in DMOZ and not yet in Google Directory are getting cat tags added to search results, even though they are not in the Directory when you click on it ... could mean a Directory update is coming - who knows?

One of my sites just got its directory listing also.

6+ months in DMOZ and 4+ in G Directory. Now its official I guess.
