Supplemental Results

What is the effect of it...?

Hi,

I have seen a number of pages marked as Supplemental Results. I have heared once a site marked as Supplemental Results it will go out from the G SERP'S. Also site not has been crawled from last 30 days. There is nothing wrong with site,no duplicate content and all but still worring :(

I am sure I will get the answer.
