All pages in Google.com,

Only Supplemental Results on Google.co.uk

A travel site, hosted in the UK, had great ranking on both G.com and G.uk until a couple of months a go, when it disappeared from G.uk.

Just checked the number of pages indexed - all pages in Google.com but only 'Supplemental Results' Google UK.

Any ideas?

Sorry I didn't explain this very well. The problem is, for what ever reason, Google has mis-located the site as non UK - so no rankings in Google.co.uk. So I'd expect there to be no pages in Google.co.uk. But Google.co.uk shows some suppemental results for the site. So if the site is considered outside the UK, why is it showing Supplemental results?

I've checked pages in Google.co.uk for other sites that are outside the UK, and it doesn't list any pages.
