A few observations.

Hi,
I noticed today the my domain.com pr is gray. But all the subpages still have their pr.

Checking for cache with the toolbar: no cache

search for domain.com : only shows contain the term. used to have link to, similar to, google cache.

search for the page title: 1st position listing with hyperlinks to cache and similar to, date of cache declared Mar. 2,2004

All other Serps seem not affected.

Had a gray bar before for a day or 2 but pr returned after.

Am I banned?

As I understand it, if a page is still indexed, the gray-bar indicates a fault in the toolbar algos rather than a ban.

Don't believe the toolbar. I have a PR5 page being beaten in the SERPS by a PR0 (white-bar) page. I wouldn't mind so much but the white-bar page is a shareware link to my site. The whole site is fairly new and is white-bar.

Kaled.

Hi kaled,
Thanks for the reply. You might be experiencing fresh crawl mix in the serps. Google used to do that with the freshbot. Thanks again for the reply.
