How to ask Google to re-crawl?

Is it automatically updated or we should ask them?

When we updated the site, should we resubmit to google to re-crawl or is it set on the meta by revisit after tags? How if we only update a page?
example: www.domain.net/widgets.html
i did the update and has link from the index page but seems like the google crawl hasnt recrawl the specified file in a month to now.

Should i resubmit?

You need to read the help pages on Google's own website, where they explain quite clearly about whether a manual submission is worth it or not.

Provided Google has indexed your pages, and provided that links remain established that allow Google to stumble upon your site again in its travels, you'll be reindexed.

A broad rule of thumb is that the higher your page rank, the less time you wait for Google to revisit - that's because the higher your page rank, the more places Google can reach you from.

A page with few links into it may wait several months to get reindexed, whereas pages that can be reached from all over the Internet may well get visited daily.

Changing your title tags is always the best way to tell any SE "look here for something new". I also agree that page rank is very important.

Ye schanging title text is making google visiting more frequent, mine are visited daily and the cached from G is updated too. But the thing is that google is only crawl the index page + 1 level depth from index and no more. also G SERPS results differently on domain.com and www.domain.com.

Getting links from sites that are crawled daily can be important. Try to get some PR4 and PR5 links.

Yes, i put a link to canon.domain.name.com in the index page, without submitting the canonical domain to google it also appear in google within 3 days! I just surprised and goes to SERP #1 in some keywords.

But still G dont crawl any deeper, only one level down from index page, also in the canonical domain.

I put a new site up about a month ago with the links as described in my previous post. The site has been hit by freshbot just about every day since. The index and all of the second level pages were indexed almost straight away. However, pages in the third level of the site have just started to be crawled. It just takes time and I am still waiting for a PR update.
