code error with &

These 2 lines are for the same page. I had a code error adding a "&" to the querry on a page that links to this page. I have added 301's now. Will Google hit me on duplicate content?

It will probably list both for a short while, and if you don't do anything, then decide to delist one.

Since you setup a 301 redirect, then you have already sorted it out; but it may take Google a few weeks to update.
