if one want to raise higher p/r of any vanity domain or sub pages is it possible?
can sub page or something.something.com can have page rank higher to something.com?

As PR is a mathematical formula of the number and quality of incoming links - yes it can happen -- you just need more links to the page you want to have higher PR.
