Length of URL for Google & Angelfire missing pages

How long can a URL be for acceptance?

How long might a url be before it is not listed in google? I'm removing the actual domain but here's the one I'm thinking about:

www.yourdomain.com/filename.html;$sessionid$YBQYA1QAAASC3TZE

Relatedly, I've noticed that google is not listing any of the free sites operated through angelfire. There are 5000 at msn but only the anglefire homepage at google. Is it length of url that tags such sites?
