Just reading my Webmaster World newsletter, and it states there was a toolbar PR update early last week. I did notice our backlinks jump from 370 odd to over a 1,000 - but our PR hasnt changed and neither has any of the other sites we regularly link to and from.
One of these sites was brand new with 0 pr so I would be surprised it didnt even get to 2 considering it has quite a few PR5 links in place to it now.
Anyone shed some light?
