Can google change the rank to include conversion data. This will only work for comercial sites or comercial information sites. Page Rank Works fine for Information pages but over all is not fair to comercial sites. There are 3 Variables in this formula.

Keyword
Avg Conversions
Avg Sale Amount
Commission % Paid To Google

The top Rank a site can get with out paying a commission is Avg Conversions * Sale Amount =(Google Protection).

Commission (%) = Webmaster Control.

The site with the highiest Avg Conversion, Sale amount, and Willing to pay the highest commission to google should be the number one site. This solves the problem of spam in the index becouse spam dont convert well. Even at paying google 100% commission a spam site would never be able to beat out a real company.

Also webmasters will be honest becouse reporting the sales accurately will affect their rank. Second Reporting Fake sales will cost more than it is worth. This idea lets us duke it out with commission percentages. The company that is operating the most efficently and with good customer service will skyrocket to the top of the serps with this model.

All google needs to know is where they sent the user and weather or not it resulted in a sale. This could be accomplished with a smallscript or a cookie.

I think using basic economis to sort comercial pages would work alot better. Give the webmasters a littel control of where they show up in the results.

Let me know what you think....
