I got an issue understanding this.

- widgets.com/(index.html) -> PR5 (nav. into next downlevel)
- widgets.com/folder/(index.html) -> PR4 (nav. into next downlevel)
- widgets.com/subfolder/(index.html) -> PR0 (nav. into next downlevel)

The site is 3 years old, some 50,000 pages indexed, still not indexed (recent additions) 'nother 50k pages.

The structure, folders in question are established 3-5 months++

What's wrong?

Thanks for any hint, Jens

Google treat

/ and
/index.html

differently depending on which one you link to. You can end up having 2 indexed.

Thanks AthlonInside, I am aware of that, I still do not understand the jump from PR4 to PR0...

is the page indexed and has backlinks?

1. type the url in google search box
2. type link: + your url in the google search box

Once it show up (within 4 weeks), you will see PR.

By the way, I am curious on how do you have almost 100k of pages in a single site alone?!
