site made for users, could be banned

Hi,
Today I took away an javascript menu I had, and done the same menu but with css and an .htc, just to make the site quicker and better for users.
Before the spiders couldnīt read the menu but now they can.
And I right now getting award of that in the menu the word apartment (itīs used as description) is used 10 times, in photos 2 times and in text 3 times.....
Could this change make me getting banned for this keyword.......? I was (and am still) well positioned searching for that keyword.

Maybe if it's white text on a white background, but even then it's doubtful. ;)
