Preventing PR transfer

Honest mistake or PR shenanigans?

I exchanged links with some sites a while back and have now noticed that their links pages are PR0. The links pages show 1 link in from the home pages (which are PR5&6. There is no robots tag. There is however codeOutsideHTMLIsLocked="false" between the head tags. Will this prevent a spider of the page by gogglebot?

codeOutsideHTMLIsLocked="false" is Dreamweaver template code, not a problem.

We don't have a tag like that. You could check the metatags for something like nofollow or noindex though.
