Dynamic linking systems, help PR?

Hi,

I've noticed how WebmasterWorld.com links. So I did some PHP coding to come up with my own solution. Now I have the option to make links in this format:
h*ttp://mydomain/link.php?url=h*ttp://link/webpage.php

Will Google recognise this as an outbound link, and will this improve my pagerank?

Using redirects to link out won't help your PR; it's just a useful way to track where your clicks are going. Google do it sometimes too.
