Site dissaperead from search listings

my site www.mysite.com for past 3 weeks has lost each and every keyword it was under for several month's.

The site still gets regular googlebot activity has a pr6 and has 1050 links pointing to the site but doesn't rank for any of the keywords that i aim for.

I have checked this site www.sroogle.org and it displays what sites are missing from the index and my site is one of them.

i would like to know is why my site has dissaperead from the index.
