Getting google and others to crawl everyday

I am trying to get some current news on my site. I want google to come crawl it everyday for fresh content. How do I go about doing this? I am not familiar with 'new' sites, but I want one page of my site to contain news and I want it to be crawled everyday. Thank you in advance.

To the best of my knowledge, Google won't crawl a site "every" day, and besides which, why would you want it to? It would just reset the keywords on that page daily.

If you're trying to promote this page to your users, try setting up prominent links to it from other pages on your site, offering an RSS feed, etc.

I would use RSS but I am not familiar with it. I have been using a blogger with very good success, but it is only getting crawled once a month.
